The yards are located adjacent to deep water frontage on the Brisbane River and are each about 10 kilometres from the city centre, a similar distance from the International Airport, and close to Moreton Bay. The Yards are located within the proximity of long established business partners; namely suppliers and subcontractors specialising in the marine industry.

The company's management team and employees have significant cumulative design and shipbuilding experience in the construction of luxury motor yachts, high speed patrol craft, catamarans and ferries; with lengths ranging from 70 ft to 200 ft. The  facility is fully enclosed. Support facilities include a machine shop, joinery shop and electrical and pipe fitting departments.

The company's design office capabilities extend to the rules established by most recognised classification societies. The company employs computer aided manufacturing techniques on the production floor.
