The yard is located within the Brisbane Marine Industry Precinct adjacent to deep water frontage on the Brisbane River and about 10 kilometres from the city centre, a similar distance from the International Airport, and close to Moreton Bay. The yard is located within close proximity of long established business partners; namely specialist marine industry suppliers and subcontractors.

The company's management team and employees have significant cumulative design and shipbuilding experience in the construction of luxury motor yachts, high speed patrol craft, catamarans and ferries; with lengths ranging from 70 ft to 200 ft. The  facility is fully enclosed. Support facilities include a machine shop, joinery shop and electrical and pipe fitting departments.

The company's design office capabilities extend to the rules established by most recognised classification societies. The company employs computer aided manufacturing techniques on the production floor.
